Good Day, Dear One,

Today, let’s talk about bringing a bit more peace into your life. 

I watch you spending so much time worrying and focusing on what is going wrong. 

I am inviting you to take baby steps in slowing down your mind. 

Learning to take deep breaths with your eyes closed is the first step. 

Breathe in deeply so your belly expands. And when you exhale, push your belly in. Fill your entire chest and stomache with fresh air. As you release your breath, allow your concerns to flow out of your body. 

Do this several times. You should feel better immediately. 

Moments of peace throughout your day will change more than you think.
